This morning we decided we'd take a drive up to Mt. Rainier. You know, because that's what people do with toddlers.

Several years ago James and I found this yard full of iron art and thought the boys would get a kick out of it. (Turns out it's an actual museum.)

The boys really like it, but I think that this had to be their favorite.

LJ and CT really enjoyed the opportunity to stretch their legs.

Once in the Mt. Rainier National Park we saw all the seasons. Except Summer.

Started out wet and green, then gradually became white and foggy.

At the top, we took a break and had a snowball fight. CT was the only one that had a warm coat so it was a really fast snowball fight.

We went up through the new observation building, and headed back down.

Typically you'd probably be able to see the summit from here but..not today.

Almost back at the entrance to the park.

It was fun, but next time we're going to go on Hwy 410 and visit
The Island of the Patriarchs and take a hike.
