Going to the Big City

Since Logan and I had our practice bus trip a couple of weeks ago, I decided to take both of the boys to Seattle on the bus and go and walk around downtown for awhile.
Mom and her big boy.
When we made it to Seattle the boys really loved the idea of going under the city in the bus tunnels. And for those that know Dinosaur Train, I heard "Time Tunnel Aproaching" repeated several times.

On our way up to street level.
Once up on the street we decided we were going to walk down to Pike Street Market.
The boys got along so good today. Cooper helped keep LJ still.
We saw the pig and the flying fish, and lots of fruits and veggies...and people too.
Mom and her boys.
After the market we headed back up the way to McDonalds for lunch. We totally scored some free Ben & Jerry's icecream at Westlake Park.
Icecream Please
We loved the icecream!
Yummy!!!
What a fun day in Seattle, as an added bonus we took the light rail out of town to the airport to catch the final bus of the day. Recap of the trip: 2 buses in, a time tunnel, light rail and another bus. Total travel time was more than the whole time we were in Seattle, but hey, they enjoyed every  minute of it.

NO MORE DIAPERS!!!!!!

WOOO HOOO!!

Yes I'm completely thrilled that I do not have to change any more diapers! Logan did a great job in his training. Grama Pam told him that if he went on the potty everyday with no accidents she would buy him a baseball helmet. Nightly Logan would call Grama with his Poo Poo update and after 2 weeks she took him shopping. He wears this everywhere, and I mean everywhere! He has fallen asleep in the van and in his bed with his new helmet. Way to go Little Man!

Baseball @ the Schultz's!

We started out batting right..then remembered LJ is a lefty.

We went to visit Aunt Garnett today at her house. Cooper went off and was playing in the dirt with Monster trucks. Logan somehow managed to start a pick up game. Afterwards, we had a great lunch.

Thank  you for the fun day!

Les Gove Park

The city of Auburn opened up a new area at Les Gove park on June25th. (Kids Day) It was so crazy insane busy that day we skipped it and went today. The park is a barrier-free park, which means, any age, any development stage can use it without problems.

It was fun to try and catch a good picture of the boys on this swing. I was laughing so hard at their faces.

Grama Joanne and Baseball

Today we were able to go and visit Great Grama Joann. This was Logan's first visit with Grama and he automatically went up to her and gave her hugs and wanted to play.

After a quick visit we went to the Tacoma Rainiers game with most of the Smith clan. Cooper, Logan and Camyrn waited very patiently for their turn to run across the field.
What cute cousins!
The actual run across the field

Aunty Sandy and Aunty Garnett and the rest watching the game.

Logan and Uncle Dan watching to see if the team can pull off a come from behind win.
The Rainier's won the game and I'm 95% sure it was the rally caps that helped.
