Riding the Motorcycle with Daddy.

Don't worry he wasn't going fast. Cooper has been on a longer ride with a helmet.
These were taken in our parking lot.

Icky Sickies....

The case of the ickey sickey's have struck our house. You have to love pictures like these. James was worn out from a long week and LJ was under the weather and the only person he wanted was his daddy. This is what Cooper and I left behind at home while we went to church.

Even though he didn't feel good,

LJ still was able to enjoy the yummy cupcakes at Grama Pam's house.

LJ & JT

LJ was playing with the basket as usual, next thing I know Daddy was on the ground with him... Spinning him around and around and around...LJ was laughing and laughing and...
spinning and spinning...
until he got so dizzy that he slumped over. At which point JT would stop and...
help him try and stand up...
LJ was laughing the whole time, then once he got his bearings back...
"Again, Daddy!"
James only did it once more...Good Times!

Just like Daddy.

Every year that we go to the fair James puts on the most ridiculous hats he can find. Here's a couple of pictures of Logan in one of those hats he actually purchased, and James this year at the fair.

Playing outside with dad/Uncle James

James came home early today and was able to play with the kids in the back yard. Cole said that he could run faster than James. That sparked James' competitive side and said " Let's go see!" I was real impressed at how fast James can move. He and Cole raced the length of the yard and back. James won, but not by much. Cole is fast! So then they started a new game. It involved the kids, mostly Mac and Cole, hanging on his feet. Trying to make him unable to move. Again, James did great. Although it looked hard. Especially with Logan behing him worried that Daddy was being hurt.

MacKenzie gave up, but Cole held on the whole time.
It was nice to see James playing with the kids. It had been a long time since he was home early enough to play outside.

Happy 32nd Birthday James!

James celebrated his birthday with a few of his favorite things. 1. His family 2. His friends 3. The Ford Carshow in Kent. Every year, usually around or on his birthday, James goes to the same carshow. He likes cars and so do the boys. We met up with Jim and Jeannene and walked around looking at the newer mustangs and,my favorite, the classics.

In true man fashion, there they were marveling at rows and rows of cars.
Stopping every now and then to drool over an engine or an interior.
In the evening, we went to Claim Jumpers' for dinner with friends.
Thank you everyone for coming, we had a great time.

Daddy and his boys!

I couldn't resist to take this picture last weekend of James and boys. The weather was perfect and everyone was happy. Too bad they all couldn't take a ride for real.

James' New Motorcycle.

James will no longer have to carpool to work anymore, and even better, I don't have to go and get him....He bought a 2007 Kawasaki 650KLR. He's real excited, he tries to think of any excuse to ride. And he can take it up to mountains during hunting season.

Rock Wall Challenge

Saturday we went to the Supermall and ran into Dustin, Tia, Lexie, Cole & MacKenzie. They were at the Rock wall, so we stopped and watched the kids climb. Cole & Lexie were climbing together, then Mac went by herself. It was so cute, a big crowd of shoppers stopped to watch her and when she reached the top everyone cheered. You can only imagine seeing this 3 year old climbing the wall, with her dad holding the rope for her. Cooper really wanted to try to climb, so we gave in..and of course, if you pay for the kid, parents can climb for free. I think we just ended up paying for James. Cooper climbed a little on his own, then Uncle Dusty helped him. He gave up after awhile, but James made it to the top.
