Cooper's Cast is off!!!

We went back to Mary Bridge today and Cooper got his cast off. He totally freaked out when the nurses turned on the saw. He was thrashing around so much I had to hold his other hand down, while 1 nurse held his legs and cast arm while the the other nurse did the cuttin'. After they had taken more X-rays Dr. Silas came in and was very pleased that Cooper's bone had healed and the swelling/bruinsing had disappeared. She also confirmed that there was indeed a fracture, and pointed out the new bone growth..I thought that was pretty cool. Cooper is still favoring his hand, but at least he'll have a better time in the rain and the bathtub.
