Balancing, Jumping, Rolling, & Swinging! OH MY!

Today we went to the Auburn Gymnastics Center for the ECE Field trip. Cooper & MacKenzie were able to walk on the balance beam, flip on the bars, swing on the rings, roll, & jump. It was so much fun.
Cooper's balance and attention span was so much better this year. He had just a little bit of help from Ms. Deanna on the beam, but for the most part did everything else by himself. I was amazed at how well he listened and followed directions. And he was good at taking his turn.
His favorite part of the beam was the end when he stepped off and said "TA DA!"
Here's a video of Cooper and MacKenzie on one of the obstacle courses they did.

Logan really wanted to get in there and participate with the big kids, but we were told he was too little. That didn't stop Ms. Erin from taking him on the beam, and rolling on and jumping off the mats. Thank you Ms. Erin for entertaining LJ while I helped Cooper and take pictures.

It is so cute how Cooper waited to take his turn. He is so patient.

Looks like they had fun. I want to join the YMCA in Puyallup so Nick can do gymnastics. It would be included in the membership! But we can't afford it cuz you have to pay for the childcare... Ugh!
